Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements across departments
- Develop process flows, data models, and documentation for new system implementations
- Analyze operational inefficiencies using SQL and data visualization tools
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs with JIRA
- Validate solution outcomes through UAT and post-implementation reviews
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in requirements engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and use case development
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with ERP implementations (SAP/Oracle) a strong plus
