Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026 and beyond, identifying emerging trends in AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Lead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic technologies before they reach the mass market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical roadmaps with broader business objectives and revenue goals.
- Oversee the selection and integration of cutting-edge tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor and build a high-performance team of engineers and strategists focused on innovation.
- Assess risks associated with emerging tech and establish frameworks for scalable implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or R&D, with at least 3 years in a senior executive capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or strategic initiatives that drove significant business growth.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Advanced degree (M.S., M.B.A., or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience in the San Francisco Bay Area tech ecosystem is a major plus.
