Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze data trends using SQL and Excel to identify process improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows and documentation for system implementations
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Present findings to stakeholders through visual dashboards and executive summaries
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals
- Support UAT testing and documentation of new system features
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
