Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL and Excel
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support data validation, testing, and implementation of new systems
- Generate performance metrics and dashboards to track key business indicators
- Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and requirement-gathering techniques
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
