Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and system specifications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user stories and functional specifications
- Present findings through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Support QA teams by defining test cases and validation criteria
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience documenting requirements using UML or BPMN
