Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Assist in the creation of process maps, wireframes, and user stories.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the testing and implementation of new software systems and tools.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and SQL basics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
