Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements from various stakeholders through interviews and workshops.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Assist in the testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Product) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management and clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates with limited experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP are highly desirable).
