- Develop and maintain project documentation including reports and presentations
- Support UAT testing and solution validation with stakeholders

Qualifications
- Recent graduate or career changer with Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn data query languages
