Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through client interviews and workshops
- Create process flow diagrams and user stories using Lucidchart/Jira
- Analyze data trends and prepare reports for senior stakeholders
- Support QA testing cycles and document test scenarios
- Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Present findings to cross-functional teams using PowerPoint/Tableau
- Track project milestones using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
