Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create process flow diagrams and user stories for development teams
- Prepare executive dashboards translating complex data into actionable insights
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new business systems
- Facilitate JIRA ticket grooming and sprint planning ceremonies
- Document change requests and impact assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (2022-2023 graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
