Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Create detailed data models and visualizations using SQL and Tableau to identify trends
- Develop functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on project goals
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business needs
- Track KPIs and generate performance dashboards for client leadership
- Document business processes and workflows using Visio and Lucidchart
- Support QA testing and UAT for new system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
