Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data using Excel and BI tools to identify efficiency improvements
- Document business processes and create workflow documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for digital transformation projects
- Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports for leadership review
- Support implementation of new CRM systems and process automation tools
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic initiatives
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
