Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through workshops and interviews
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Create process flow diagrams and business documentation
- Develop SQL queries to extract and validate data
- Present findings to leadership via interactive dashboards
- Support Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Assist in UAT testing and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 0-2 years of internship or academic project experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with business process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
