Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop data visualizations and reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate requirements validation sessions with technical teams
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new solutions
- Document business processes and maintain requirement traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear business requirements
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
