Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications using Agile methodologies
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and documentation to ensure project clarity
- Support UAT testing and provide recommendations for system enhancements
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project objectives and deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data modeling)
- Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence preferred
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities
