Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems/processes
- Generate performance metrics dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio)
- Basic knowledge of SQL data extraction and relational databases
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology exposure preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects or case studies
