Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
- Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
