Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends
- Create process flow diagrams and user stories for development teams
- Prepare dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI
- Support UAT testing and documentation of business solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship/co-op
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
