Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new and existing projects.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of business process documentation, including flowcharts, wireframes, and use cases.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Perform gap analysis to compare current processes against business objectives.
- Support the Quality Assurance (QA) process by creating test cases based on requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear business solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of SQL or database concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
