Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Document functional requirements and user stories for development teams
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and wireframes
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical alignment
- Continuously research industry best practices and emerging tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
