Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models using SQL and Excel for reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear visualizations and concise reports
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new business processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Excel for advanced analytics
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
