Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements
- Create detailed reports and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI

- Support UAT testing and documentation of system changes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or project support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts
