Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories to translate needs into technical specifications
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends and support decision-making
- Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems/processes
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of business analysis, data analysis, or internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile environments
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
