Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through client interviews and workshops
- Create process flow diagrams and data models using Lucidchart and Visio
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Prepare detailed reports with clear visualizations using Tableau
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Support UAT testing and documentation for new system implementations
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with pivot table and formula knowledge
- Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
