Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Assist in the analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Create process flowcharts, use case diagrams, and wireframes using Visio or similar tools.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate technical solutions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Support the implementation of new software systems and business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus but not required.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
