Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Analyze data sets to identify trends and support decision-making
- Create clear documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
- Support the creation of dashboards and reports to visualize business metrics
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts (SQL knowledge a plus)
