Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure accurate solution implementation.
- Assist in the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor project milestones and report progress to project managers.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical thinking with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts (SQL is a plus, but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies.
