In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and clients, to gather requirements, document processes, and support the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, document detailed requirements, and create User Stories and Use Cases.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement using tools like SQL and Excel.
- Process Mapping: Create and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize business workflows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units, ensuring clear understanding of project goals.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and technical specifications.
- Testing Support: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating that solutions meet the defined business requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated analytical thinking and a proactive approach to troubleshooting business challenges.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) is highly desirable.
