Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate business solutions.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including use cases, flowcharts, and process maps.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide weekly updates to the management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to learn is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
