Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, and functional specifications to guide the development team.
- Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clear communication.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to design test cases and ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
- Process Improvement: Research industry best practices to recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Prepare regular status reports and presentations to communicate project progress to leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience; recent graduates with internships in business analysis or data are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic SQL knowledge is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
