Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Assist in the creation of process maps, flowcharts, and user stories.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement.
- Support the execution of QA testing and user acceptance testing for new system implementations.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to the management team.
- Research industry best practices and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all business processes and system changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
