Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the IT team to translate business needs into functional system specifications.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in our CRM and reporting databases.
- Create basic charts, graphs, and reports to visualize data trends for management.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and take detailed minutes to ensure alignment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to learn new software tools and analytical methodologies.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Denver office.
