Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs, document functional requirements, and create user stories.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Process Modeling: Develop and maintain business process diagrams, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize current and future state processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements specifications, test plans, and technical manuals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Testing Support: Assist in the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate bug tracking to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Graduates or current seniors encouraged to apply).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of SQL or database concepts.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and analysis tasks.
