Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using tools like Visio or JIRA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
- Support the testing and quality assurance phases of software development projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success and process effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL basics) is a plus.
