Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Participate actively in requirements gathering workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, process improvements, and potential business risks.
- Support the creation of business cases, process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure accurate and timely solution delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the project manager.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with the ability to manipulate large datasets.
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
