Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing complex datasets to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, use cases, and user stories using tools like Visio or JIRA.
- Process Improvement: Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline operations and enhance overall business efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure alignment and clear understanding.
- Testing & QA: Support the testing phase of new systems or software to ensure they meet business requirements and user needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL or Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and solve complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) or documentation tools (e.g., Confluence) is a plus.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related internship.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Miami, FL office or hybrid model.
