Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Assist in the documentation of business processes, workflows, and data models.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Monitor project milestones and provide status updates to the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
