Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Perform data analysis and trend identification using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to support business cases.
- Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and functional specifications documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide strategic recommendations.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
