Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed business requirements and user stories.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Create process maps, user flows, and functional specifications to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance (QA) phases of software development to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, taking minutes and ensuring action items are tracked and completed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating technical jargon into business language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus but not required.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new methodologies and tools.
