Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders.
- Support the creation and maintenance of process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and assist in the preparation of reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business goals are met efficiently.
- Learn and apply industry-standard tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or SQL.
- Prepare presentation materials and documentation for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive on-the-job training.
