Responsibilities
- Assist senior analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies in business processes.
- Create and maintain clear, concise documentation including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Support the implementation of new software systems and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Ability to interpret data and translate complex information into understandable insights.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the Oklahoma City metro area as needed.
