- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews with stakeholders to collect, document, and validate functional requirements.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive business requirements documents (BRD), use cases, and process maps.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clear communication.
- Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to support business reporting and forecasting.
- Project Support: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and testing phases to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when documenting requirements and analyzing data.
