Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Assist in identifying and documenting business needs and functional requirements from various stakeholders and clients.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications using Visio or similar tools.
- Data Analysis: Support the analysis of business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure project goals are clearly understood and met.
- Process Improvement: Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose innovative solutions for operational challenges.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to management.
- Testing Support: Assist in quality assurance processes by validating solutions against defined requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we are looking for raw talent and a willingness to learn.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
