Responsibilities
- Support Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise documentation of business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Reporting: Develop standard reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure project requirements are met.
- Process Improvement: Participate in workshops to identify inefficiencies in current workflows and suggest actionable solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros are a plus).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data logically and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
