Responsibilities
- Assist in Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and document functional requirements accurately.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for reporting.
- Process Improvement: Support the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Dashboard Creation: Create clear, concise visual reports and dashboards using Excel or BI tools.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
