Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Work with clients and internal teams to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation, including process maps, use cases, and user stories.
- Process Improvement: Participate in brainstorming sessions to suggest improvements to current workflows.
- Project Support: Track project milestones and assist in ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Reporting: Prepare basic reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
