Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations to support a high-performance team.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems, conducting regular audits and data entry.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of corporate projects, tracking milestones and deadlines.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to manage contracts and service level agreements.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
