Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department teams including scheduling, document preparation, and meeting coordination
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate digital records
- Support cross-functional projects through research, analysis, and presentation preparation
- Manage office inventory and coordinate vendor relationships for supplies/services
