Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the management team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry to ensure seamless office operations.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional communication standards.
- Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze business data to identify trends and assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Project Coordination: Support various corporate projects by coordinating between different departments and tracking progress against key milestones.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure the team has the resources they need to succeed.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred; high school diploma with equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
