Responsibilities
- Client Relations & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication.
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain client data within our secure databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and organized.
- Market Research: Assist in gathering market intelligence and industry trends to help the team identify new business opportunities.
- Operational Support: Support the daily administrative functions of the office, including scheduling, filing, and preparing meeting materials.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and peers to brainstorm strategies and execute company-wide initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Monitor current workflows and suggest actionable improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing corporate events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior corporate experience required. We are looking for raw potential and a willingness to learn.
